In order to maintain safe street for trash collection, delivery, and other larger trucks that may need to drive through the community, trees located on the swale of a property must be trimmed to a minimum height of 15 feet above the street level. The maintenance of the swale and trimming of low hanging branches is the responsibility of the directly adjacent homeowner.
