The Annual Meeting will be held each year in person at Rose Price Park.  This meeting will occur on a Thursday at 7pm and immediately precede that month's regular meeting. 

Elections for the CTE Board take place at this meeting, however a quorum of homeowners must be present in person or via proxy for an election to take place.

Notices for the annual meeting will be mailed to each homeowner at least 15 days prior to the meeting.

Regular Monthly meetings are held on the first Thursday of every month. Meetings begin at 7:00PM sharp!

The Association will be holding their regularly scheduled Board of Directors Meeting on the first Thursday of each month. For the Annual Meeting held in May, we meet at Rose Price Park, 901 NW 208th Ave, Pembroke Pines, FL 33029

Yes.  In order to re-paint your home (even the same color), you must fill out an architectural request form.  This is to ensure that we have the proper documentation on file should an issue arise.  Full details on painting your home can be found here:

Dues for Chapel Trail Estates HOA are currently $120.00 per quarter (due Jan 1, Apr 1, July 1, and Oct 1) and can be sent to:
