With all of the roofs being replaced in the past several years, we’ve had a lot of large trucks try to enter Chapel Trail Estates to deliver the tiles. Unfortunately, many of the trucks are too long to safely enter and exit the community through our gates, as there is a limited amount of space to make the turn without damaging the gates or your neighbors’ yards.
TRUCKS/ TRAILERS 34 FEET OR LONGER CAN DAMAGE THE GATE AND ARE NOT PERMITTED THROUGH THE TAFT GUEST ENTRANCE.
Reminder: as per the Common Area Agreement form in the ARC package, Homeowners’ are responsible for any damage that their vendors cause while operating within Chapel Trail Estates.
Please check with your vendors to confirm the size
of the delivery vehicle. If it is longer than 34 feet,
